Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in sales, strategy consulting/investment banking, or hedge fund/trading.
• Strong analytic, problem-solving, and quantitative skills with attention to detail.
• Advanced quantitative and critical thinking with ability to learn new reports and analyses.
• Creative problem-solving and excellent modeling capabilities.
• Develop and implement financial strategies to support growth and profitability.
• BA/BS in Engineering/Math/Science/Chemistry or related field.
• MBA strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage strategic initiatives, craft senior-level presentations, perform analyses, build decision models and drive change.
• Partner with business leaders to identify and solve operational inefficiencies using technology.
• Develop and track KPIs and leading indicators aligned with objectives.
• Assess areas of improvement and propose realigned business objectives.
• Provide insights and analysis on trading operations and strategic areas.
• Identify execution gaps and work with senior leadership to remedy changes.
• Produce reports for management on compliance, regulatory, and risk initiatives.
• Manage multiple projects prioritizing organizational alignment.
• Collaborate with leaders to align planning cycles.
• Lead process improvements for the firm\'s trading platform.
• Work with cross-functional teams to execute business objectives
