Job summary

State Street in Massachusetts is seeking a Lead Business Analyst, VP to bridge business needs and IT solutions by defining interfaces between applications. You will serve as a subject matter expert in analyzing requirements and mapping specifications using our in-house tools to deliver end-state solutions.

You will collaborate with SMEs, technical teams and stakeholders to ensure delivered solutions meet customer requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 14+ years of experience as an interface mapping analyst or business analyst.
• Experience with Capital Markets and Middle Office Servicing is required.
• Experience with State Street Transformation tools ISVC, IDW and DEH is a big plus.
• Knowledge of SWIFT messaging formats and inbound/outbound messaging is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Identify, compile, analyze and document interface mapping and business requirements reflecting business needs.
• Create interface mapping definitions, test and document mappings and workflows.
• Gather business/system requirements via meetings, interviews and research.
• Support project management activities including monitoring, reporting and QA.
• Familiarity with Agile processes (RTC, story writing, Scrum, Kanban) is recommended.
• Document requirements clearly in line with the methodology framework.
• Lead and coordinate the business analysis and data mapping workstream across teams.
• Support monthly production deployments to ensure stable releases.
