Job summary

Hirenexus is seeking a Vice President of Strategic Initiatives in a remote-capable role with regular travel to New York. You will own and drive high-priority cross-functional initiatives, including pricing, service packaging, and the growth of AI services.

Proven ability to build robust business cases and ROI analyses.
Experience driving cross-functional initiatives across finance, pricing, GTM, and operations.
Comfort in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities.

Responsibilities

Own a portfolio of strategic initiatives from framing to execution (pricing, packaging, AI services).
Design KPI dashboards and leadership reporting for visibility and decision making.
Manage readiness workstreams for future capital events and assist with acquisitions due diligence.
Shape and standardize advisory services, pricing, and client materials with growth leadership.
Identify and recruit leaders for new verticals and assist executive hiring.
Translate analysis into action across a fast-moving organization.
