Job summary

arrivia seeks a Vice President of Strategic Finance to shape growth and transform financial performance. Reporting to the CFO, you will guide planning, capital allocation, and executive decision-making with advanced analytics and commercial insight.

You will partner with cross-functional leaders to align financial strategy with business objectives, drive KPIs, and deploy technology-enabled finance processes that accelerate value creation.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive finance experience with leadership responsibilities.
• Ability to influence executive leadership and translate analysis into strategy.
• Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, forecasting, and long-range strategic planning.
• Partner with CFO and senior leadership to influence decisions.
• Develop KPIs and dashboards to drive performance and accountability.
• Oversee capital allocation, liquidity planning, and strategic investments.
• Collaborate across Loyalty, Travel Clubs, Retail Travel, Tech, Marketing, and Ops to shape growth.
