Job summary

Vaco seeks an innovative Senior Vice President, Head of FP&A to lead corporate financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic decision support. Reporting directly to the CFO, this role will scale enterprise FP&A, drive profitability, and embed FP&A acumen into operations through data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a quantitative field.
• MBA, CFA designation, or quantitative graduate degree strongly preferred.
• 10-15+ years of progressive finance and FP&A leadership experience.
• Experience with multi-year planning, forecasting, and board-level communication.
• Expertise in digital tools (AI/ML, BI, enterprise systems).

Responsibilities

• Oversee multi-year strategic planning and annual budgets.
• Deliver executive-level insights to CFO, CEO, and Board.
• Lead predictive analytics, AI/ML initiatives for forecasting.
• Scale FP&A and finance business partnering across operations.
• Direct FP&A technology roadmap and system implementations.
