Job summary

Taxwell is seeking a strategic Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis to lead enterprise planning, forecasting, and performance management. You will partner with the CFO and CEO to translate data into actionable insights across B2B and B2C channels.

The role drives budgeting, long-range planning, modeling, and investor materials, including board reporting and value-creation plans. Private equity experience is strongly preferred and modernization of FP&A via data and AI is a focus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or business; MBA, CPA, or CFA preferred.
• Progressive finance experience with senior leader responsibility for enterprise FP&A.
• Track record leading budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and senior leader decision support.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting, long-range planning, rolling forecasts, and strategic planning.
• Build integrated financial models linking revenue, margin, opex, headcount, capex, cash flow, and balance-sheet metrics.
• Establish driver-based forecasting tailored to B2B and B2C models.
