Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center in Seattle is seeking a leader for Strategic Affiliation Management to oversee the enterprise portfolio of clinical affiliations and ensure alignment with organizational priorities. You will provide governance and financial oversight across partnerships and drive enterprise integration.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 10 years of senior leadership experience in academic medicine or integrated health systems, with preference for an MBA or related master’s

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Finance, or related field.
• 10 years of progressive leadership in academic medicine, integrated health systems, or healthcare administration.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and advising executive leadership.

Responsabilités

• Oversee Fred Hutch's portfolio of strategic clinical affiliations and align with organizational priorities.
• Maintain enterprise oversight of clinical affiliation agreements and governance documents.
• Lead funds flow administration, budgeting, validation, and reporting processes.
• Coordinate cross-organizational initiatives and ensure successful execution of partnership commitments.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
