Job summary

Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center in Seattle seeks an executive leader to oversee the strategic clinical affiliation portfolio, ensuring governance, financial stewardship, and operational integration across partner organizations.

As AVP, you will coordinate across strategy, finance, legal and clinical operations, drive enterprise growth, manage affiliation agreements, and deliver long-term partnership value while guiding executive decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business/healthcare admin and 10 years of progressive leadership in academic medicine or integrated health systems.
• Experience managing cross-functional initiatives, governance bodies, and executive-level communications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee portfolio of strategic clinical affiliations aligned with priorities.
• Manage enterprise partnership agreements, governance documents, and financial arrangements.
• Lead funds flow methodologies, annual planning, validation, and reporting.
• Coordinate cross-organizational initiatives with affiliated partners and drive implementation.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
