Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center in Seattle seeks an experienced Associate Vice President, Strategic Affiliation Management to lead the enterprise portfolio of clinical affiliations. You will align partnerships with organizational priorities and oversee governance, financial commitments, and integration across stakeholders.

Reporting to senior leadership, you will drive opportunities, manage risks, and support long-term growth while coordinating across strategy, finance, legal and partner

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in academic medicine or a related field.
• Experience managing complex cross-functional initiatives and supporting executive governance bodies.

Responsabilités

• Oversee portfolio of strategic clinical affiliations and ensure alignment with organizational priorities.
• Advise executive leadership on partnership opportunities, risks and solutions.
• Maintain enterprise oversight of affiliation agreements, governance documents and financial arrangements.
• Lead funds flow methodologies and collaborate with finance and operations for funding models and decision-making.
• Coordinate cross-organizational initiatives with affiliated partners and facilitate implementation of commitments.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
