Job summary

Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center in Seattle seeks a Faculty Affairs Coordinator to manage appointments, promotions, and reviews for academic faculty and scientific staff under the Senior Program Manager.

You will lead operational coordination for external faculty searches, manage the VIDD Seminar Series, maintain faculty data and records, and support division-wide events with a high degree of discretion and collaboration with University of Washington partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of six years of experience in complex administrative coordination.
• Exceptional judgement, discretion, accuracy, and independent management of processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned Faculty Affairs workflows: appointments, promotions, reviews, renewals, leaves and departures.
• Coordinate external faculty recruitments, search committees, and campus visits.
• Lead operational coordination for weekly VIDD Seminar Series and maintain FAO/VIDD resources.
