Blue State is seeking a Vice President to lead cross-disciplinary teams across non-profit, political/advocacy, and brand work. You’ll shape strategic growth plans for client businesses and elevate the Account Management craft.

You’ll manage significant portions of our business and accounts, mentor teams, and guide clients at a senior level while delivering high-quality, measurable outcomes across campaigns and platforms.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years experience in client services, digital marketing, fundraising or related area.
• Experience selling leading digitally-driven campaigns and/or advocacy projects.
• Deep knowledge of email and direct marketing fundraising strategies.
• Willingness to learn paid media and to communicate Blue State’s capabilities clearly.
• Ability to adapt, think quickly, and work well in teams.
• Curiosity for making change and comfort with ambiguity.

• Manage a significant portion of our business and Accounts team, setting growth plans.
• Serve as senior point of contact for a portfolio of clients and drive satisfaction.
• Oversee program and project management including planning, cost estimating, delivery.
• Provide cross-disciplinary oversight to ensure high-quality work.
• Develop client strategies, tactics, and producing proposals and presentations.
• Support in pursuing new engagements and expanding relationships.
