Job summary

Caris Life Sciences seeks a Vice President - Strategic Accounts to advance its enterprise precision medicine strategy by building and sustaining system-level partnerships across surgery, pathology, and oncology. You will manage C-suite relationships, develop account strategies, and drive adoption of Caris molecular profiling solutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–7 years of strategic account management experience in healthcare/oncology
• Experience with molecular diagnostics or precision medicine is preferred
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority
• Strong analytical, executive communication, and relationship-building skills

Responsibilities

• Manage executive-level relationships with CEOs, CMOs, COOs, CFOs and health-system leaders
• Develop enterprise account strategies across surgical, pathology, and oncology workflows
• Lead QBRs to review performance, adoption, and growth opportunities
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful program launches and integrations
• Provide mentorship and guidance to regional teams and account executives
