Zusammenfassung

Caris Life Sciences is seeking a Vice President - Strategic Accounts to lead enterprise partnerships across surgery, pathology, and oncology within the Pennsylvania and Upstate New York regions. You will manage executive relationships and drive adoption of molecular diagnostics and precision oncology solutions.

The role combines strategic account leadership with cross-functional program delivery, data-driven growth planning, and stakeholder alignment across Operations, IT, and Medical Affairs,

Qualifikationen

Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, business, or related field.
5–7 years of strategic account management or complex healthcare sales.
Strong understanding of molecular diagnostics and oncology workflows.

Aufgaben

Own and manage executive-level relationships within strategic accounts (CEOs, CMOs, COOs, CFOs).
Develop and maintain enterprise-level account strategies spanning surgical workflows, pathology operations, and oncology care delivery.
Identify opportunities to integrate Caris molecular profiling into clinical pathways and standards of care.
Lead Quarterly Business Reviews focused on performance, utilization, outcomes, and growth.
Analyze data to identify growth opportunities, adoption barriers, and productivity gaps.
Coordinate with regional directors and field teams to align enterprise priorities with regional planning.
