Beemac Logistics in Beaver, PA seeks a commercially driven Vice President of Specialized Logistics to lead heavy haul, over dimensional, overweight, project, and high value freight operations. This player-coach role reports to the CEO and directly sells and prices specialized freight while supporting sales reps and owning shipments from booking to delivery.

Qualifications

• Significant hands-on experience in heavy haul, over dimensional, overweight, or project freight.
• Proven ability to price complex freight, evaluate carrier costs, and negotiate rates.
• Experience selling, coaching, or supporting others in a sales or account management role.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of heavy haul, over dimensional, overweight, project, and high value freight with direct oversight of complex shipments.
• Review dimensions, weight, equipment, routing, permits, and escorts before booking and stay involved during transit.
• Act as the primary specialized logistics resource and liaison for sales reps, supporting customer calls, technical questions, and pricing.
