Qualifications

• Significant hands-on experience in heavy haul or related freight (brokerage/trucking/logistics).
• Experience coordinating over dimensional and overweight shipments (equipment, permits, routing, escorts).
• Proven ability to price complex freight, evaluate carrier costs, and negotiate rates.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of heavy haul, over dimensional, overweight, project, and high value freight, with direct oversight from planning to delivery.
• Review dimensions, weight, equipment, routing, permits, and escorts before booking and stay involved during movement.
• Act as the primary specialized logistics resource and liaison for sales reps, supporting customer calls, technical questions, and pricing, and sell specialized freight directly.
