Job summary

Citi is seeking a Lead Solutions Architect (VP) to design and govern enterprise architectures across major IT programs. You will drive AI/ML and generative AI integrations into banking workflows, guide cloud-native constructs on AWS/Azure, and mentor a global engineering team.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in solutions architecture or enterprise IT architecture.
• Experience designing end-to-end distributed systems with diverse tech.
• Knowledge of TOGAF-like frameworks and governance models.
• Hands-on with AI/LLM-based automation and RAG approaches.

Responsibilities

• Design enterprise architecture solutions across major IT programs.
• Build technology roadmaps reflecting emerging trends and investments.
• Translate business problems into scalable hardware/software designs.
• Architect AI/ML and generative AI integrations in workflows.
• Lead Pega workflow designs and integrate with core banking systems.
• Provide technical leadership and mentor engineers.
• Assess risk and ensure regulatory and policy compliance.
