Job summary
Citigroup Inc. is seeking a Lead Solutions Architect in Irving, TX to shape end-to-end architecture for consumer operations technology.
You will build scalable platforms, integrate AI and generative AI into workflows, and guide cross-functional teams across cloud, data, and application layers to deliver secure, high‑performing financial services solutions. Responsibilities include establishing enterprise blueprints, driving automation and observability, and mentoring engineers while ensuring
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in tech/engineering
- Master's degree beneficial
- TOGAF/PEGA certs are an advantage
- Hands-on experience with AI/LLMs and RAG in solutions
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver enterprise architecture solutions aligned to enterprise blueprints
- Build technology roadmaps reflecting trends and guide investments
- Translate business problems into scalable, integrated solutions
- Architect and integrate AI/ML and Generative AI into enterprise workflows
- Design, optimize, and standardize workflows on the Pega Platform
- Provide technical leadership across design initiatives
- Identify innovative technologies to strengthen IT infrastructure
- Mentor junior architects and engineers
- Assess risk ensuring regulatory and policy compliance
