• Build and maintain technology roadmaps reflecting emerging industry trends.
• Translate complex business problems into technically sound solutions spanning hardware, software, and integration.
• Architect and integrate AI/ML/Generative AI into enterprise workflows to enhance decisioning and automate operations.
• Standardize enterprise workflow and case management on the Pega Platform; ensure integration with core banking systems.
• Provide technical leadership across design initiatives and mentor junior architects/engineers.
• Assess risk and ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and internal policies.
