Citi is seeking an Architecture Lead Analyst to lead enterprise‑wide solution design and GenAI initiatives in a global operations context. The role emphasizes architecture governance, scalability, and collaboration with multiple lines of business and technology teams.

The candidate will influence technology roadmaps, mentor junior staff, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements while driving efficiency and innovation across Citi's technology platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher in Engineering or Finance or equivalent.
• 6+ years in Application Development, Solution Design or Business Architecture.
• Experience in financial services or large global environments.
• Strong Agile delivery and product management experience.
• Knowledge of AI tools and Generative AI solutions is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop enterprise‑wide solution design options and recommendations.
• Develop GenAI/Agentic AI solutions for efficiency and speed.
• Provide SME direction on controls, compliance and architecture roadmaps.
• Collaborate with other developers and architects on large scale solutions.
• Evaluate designs to meet functional and non‑functional requirements.
