You will champion human and algorithmic signals, apply AI thoughtfully to improve workflows and content, and build narratives that resonate with diverse audiences.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in an agency environment or an in‑house marketing, strategy, or communications role.
• Demonstrated expertise across strategy, brand, influence, media, creative, data, and analytics.
• Proven ability to create and communicate big‑picture strategic visions with operational requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a team of strategists and community engagement professionals toward growth and success.
• Develop strategic frameworks integrating insights from human research and algorithmic signals.
• Balance exploration with decisive action to move initiatives from ideation to execution.
• Partner cross‑functionally to align strategy with creative, media, influence, analytics, and brand objectives.
