Job summary

360i, part of Dentsu, is seeking a VP of Growth to architect and scale the agency’s growth engine in New York. You will define the growth pipeline, orchestrate cross-functional teams, and lead high-priority pitches that convert into real client opportunities and revenue.

You’ll partner with senior leaders across Creative, Media, and Strategy to package AI-native, social-first services, design repeatable pathways to market, and ensure the cadence of growth across dentsu’s ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in agency roles (business development, operations, account management, or similar).
• Strong understanding of today’s marketing landscape, including social, creators, and content.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled marketing and modern production approaches.
• Experience driving impact, contributing to growth, and bringing ideas from concept to execution.
• Understanding of modular, project-based marketing services.

Responsibilities

• Establishing a clear Growth Architecture and pipeline across dentsu and the market.
• Leading high-priority pitches with leadership to win opportunities.
• Designing modern commercial pathways for AI-native, social-first services.
• Building a repeatable pitch system and coordinating with Creative and Media teams.
• Connecting market insights to offering evolution and growth.
