Dentsu Aegis Network Ltd. in New York seeks a VP, Marketing Effectiveness to lead a large cross-client analytics team. You will own the vision, drive strategic and operational excellence, and ensure successful client delivery across national and local initiatives.

You will guide measurement strategies, ROI modeling, and dashboards. The role requires senior leadership, deep analytics experience, and the ability to communicate complex insights clearly to clients and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Economics, Data Science or related quantitative field.
• 12+ years in a quantitative business environment; 6+ years in marketing analytics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to convey complex findings clearly.
• Advanced in SQL, Python, or R; strong data visualization experience (Excel, Tableau, Power BI, Datorama).

Responsibilities

• Leads a cross-functional team delivering data requirements, dashboards, analyses and ROI modeling.
• Develops measurement strategies and roadmaps with input from internal stakeholders.
• Owns client relationships and projects, ensuring successful delivery.
• Leads new business efforts and elevates team initiatives through training and knowledge sharing.
