Job summary

JPMorgan Chase is seeking a VP of Insurance Marketing to launch and scale the SMB Insurance offering within Business Banking, driving acquisition strategy and aligning Insurance Product and Marketing teams.

You will lead go-to-market for a digital-led SMB P&C Insurance initiative, partnering across product, risk, legal, and marketing to deliver a compliant, scalable insurance journey for Chase SMB clients. This role builds a cohesive acquisition engine across channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years in marketing strategy; experience in insurance preferred.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end customer acquisition strategy for Insurance offerings.
• Develop multi-channel acquisition strategy across owned and paid channels.
• Partner with Analytics, Product, and Modeling teams to identify target audiences.
• Oversee campaign performance reporting and optimize based on insights.
