Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Product Manager in Business Banking to own end-to-end product life cycle and deliver customer-focused capabilities for a digital-led Insurance agency platform serving millions of small business clients.

You will guide discovery, shape the roadmap, and work with cross-functional teams to ensure scalable, reliable products and exceptional client experiences.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience or equivalent.
• Advanced knowledge of the product development lifecycle, design, and data analytics.
• Proven ability to lead lifecycle activities from discovery to value management.
• Preferred: Insurance experience with agencies.

Responsibilities

• Develops a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customers.
• Manages discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap.
• Owns, maintains, and develops a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition.
• Builds the framework and tracks the product's key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliability.
• Drive platform integration leveraging APIs, microservices, data platforms, and partner capabilities (e.g., carrier integrations).
