Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is hiring a Vice President, Small Business Card Portfolio Strategy to lead cross-portfolio strategy for spend, lending, and rewards. You will use analytics to prioritize initiatives, set direction with stakeholders, and drive results across a multi-quarter roadmap.

The role requires strong analytical problem-solving, stakeholder influence in a matrixed environment, and the ability to translate portfolio performance into strategic actions. Bachelor’s degree is required.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in analytics, risk, finance, strategy, or portfolio management.
• Ability to interpret portfolio performance indicators and translate into actions.
• Strong problem solving with hypothesis-driven thinking and root-cause analysis.
• Experience turning concepts into delivery with measurable success metrics.
• Effective stakeholder management in a matrixed environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including executive storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-portfolio spend and lending strategy with analytics for prioritization and forecasting.
• Translate portfolio performance into clear strategic recommendations.
• Analyze customer segments to identify growth opportunities and risks.
• Collaborate with risk and lending stakeholders to balance growth and risk.
• Optimize rewards value and redemption economics for engagement and returns.
• Define test-and-learn roadmaps, metrics, and scalable insights.
• Create executive-ready narratives connecting insights to decisions.
• Drive alignment and execution across roadmap dependencies and timelines.
• Monitor portfolio indicators and propose course corrections.
