Job summary

Iterative Health, a healthcare technology and services company, seeks a VP, US Site Management & Operations to lead performance, growth, and operational excellence of our GI and Hepatology network across the United States.

You will drive revenue, site performance, and strategic scaling, managing a team of Regional Directors and coordinating with Principal Investigators and sponsors to deliver high-impact clinical research outcomes.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare, clinical research, healthcare services or related field in a multi-site organization.
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Proven experience building, scaling, or transforming a healthcare service line or multi-site operation.

Responsibilities

• Own site health, revenue, P&L, and operational performance across the US GI site network.
• Establish reporting, benchmarks, and action plans to drive growth and efficiency.
• Identify performance gaps and remove barriers to revenue, productivity, and study execution.
• Oversee staffing strategy and ensure sites are appropriately staffed for growth.
• Manage day-to-day operations, capacity, and study portfolio alignment for enrollment and revenue.
• Lead M&A integrations and ensure smooth transitions into the Iterative Health model.
• Collaborate with Site Solutions, Study Success, Finance, People, Product, and others to align strategy.
