Iterative Health seeks a seasoned leader to head the US Cardiology site network, owning performance, revenue, and operational excellence across 10+ sites. You will direct staffing, study execution, and site capacity while partnering with Principal Investigators and cross-functional teams to deliver strong results.

The role requires 12+ years of healthcare leadership, a bachelor's degree (advanced degree preferred), and a proven ability to scale multi-site operations in a high-growth environment.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in healthcare leadership or clinical research in a multi-site organization.
• Experience building, scaling, or transforming a healthcare service line or business unit.
• Proven ownership of P&L, revenue growth, and resource allocation.
• Experience participating in M&A, acquisitions, integrations, or organizational transformation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own site performance, revenue, P&L, and operational excellence for the US Cardiology site network.
• Lead staffing strategy across the network with People Team alignment.
• Drive enrollment, data quality, and study execution across sites; optimize site capacity and portfolio mix.
• Oversee new site builds, partnerships, and integrations to scale the network.
• Partner with cross-functional leaders to align site strategy with company objectives.
