Job summary

Iterative Health, headquartered in Cambridge, MA, is seeking the VP, US Site Management & Operations to lead the GI and Hepatology site network across the United States. You will own the P&L, drive revenue growth, staffing, and operational excellence, and partner with Principal Investigators, sponsors, and study teams to deliver high-quality trials.

This hands-on executive role requires 12+ years of healthcare leadership and a track record of scaling multi-site operations in a high-growth

Qualifications

• 12+ years of leadership experience in healthcare or clinical research.
• Proven ownership of P&L, revenue growth and operations.
• Experience scaling multi-site operations in high-growth environments.
• Experience with M&A, integrations or organizational transformation preferred.
• GI experience is a plus.
• Strong ability to translate strategy into execution and drive results.

Responsibilities

• Own site health, revenue, P&L, and operational performance across US GI sites.
• Set strategy and operating model to scale the network while delivering patient and sponsor value.
• Lead a team of regional directors and site staff to drive performance and growth.
• Oversee site staffing, enrollment, and study portfolio management.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align site strategy with company objectives.
• Manage M&A integrations and ensure smooth transitions into operating model.
