Job summary

Iterative Health, a healthcare technology and services company, seeks a VP, US Site Management & Operations to lead the Cardiology site network across the United States.

You will own P&L, drive enrollment, revenue growth, and operational excellence, while building a scalable operating model and guiding site leadership and clinical staff.

Hybrid in-office collaboration in NYC, Boston or Southlake with a hands-on, strategic leader focused on patient outcomes and high-performance teams.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare, clinical research, healthcare services or related field in a multi-site organization.
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree in healthcare, business, life sciences, or a related field preferred.
• Proven experience building, scaling, or transforming a healthcare service line, business unit, or multi-site operation in a high-growth environment.
• Demonstrated ownership of P&L, revenue growth, operational performance, and resource allocation.
• Experience participating in M&A, acquisitions, integrations, or organizational transformation strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of clinical research and/or healthcare operations, with Cardiology experience a plus.
• Proven ability to translate strategy into execution and drive measurable results across distributed organizations.
• Exceptional people leadership skills, with experience building teams, developing leaders, and fostering accountability and high performance.
• Strong track record of building trusted relationships with clinicians and senior stakeholders and driving alignment across diverse groups.
• Demonstrated success partnering cross-functionally across Operations, Finance, Commercial/Business Development, and People to build and scale a business.
• Entrepreneurial, hands-on leadership style with the ability to operate strategically while staying close to execution in a high-growth environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead performance, growth, and operational excellence of Iterative Health's Cardiology network of US clinical research sites.
• Own site health, revenue, P&L, and operational performance; establish reporting and benchmarks for growth.
• Identify performance gaps and partner across functions to address barriers to revenue, productivity, capacity, and study execution.
• Own staffing strategy across the network with People Team to support growth.
• Oversee day-to-day site operations, capacity, and study portfolio management to maximize enrollment and revenue.
• Oversee new site builds and organic growth strategy and operating model.
• Ensure teams are aligned, resourced, and accountable for delivering commitments.
• Own the site operations workstream for M&A integrations and seamless integration of acquired sites.
• Partner with Site Solutions, Study Success, Life Sciences, Finance, People, Product, and others to align site strategy with company objectives.
