Job summary

Iterative Health, headquartered in Cambridge, MA, seeks a VP, US Site Management & Operations to lead the performance, growth, and operational excellence of the Cardiology site network across the United States. You will own P&L, staffing strategy, site enrollment, and drive revenue in a fast-growing clinical research business.

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Proven ownership of P&L, revenue growth, and resource allocation.
• Experience transforming multi-site operations in a high-growth setting.

Responsibilities

• Own site health, revenue, P&L, and operational performance for US Cardiology sites.
• Set strategy and operating model to scale the network and drive growth.
• Lead site Directors, study teams, and cross-functional partners to optimize enrollment and research revenue.
• Drive M&A integrations, site builds, and post-acquisition integration.
• Partner with Finance, People, Product, and Life Sciences to align execution with company goals.
