Job summary

Iterative Health seeks an accomplished senior leader to drive performance, growth, and operational excellence for its US Cardiology network of clinical research sites. You will own P&L, staffing, and study execution across 10+ sites while coordinating with Principal Investigators and sponsors to accelerate clinical trials.

You will build scalable processes, partnerships, and an operating model that delivers consistent enrollment, data quality, and revenue growth in a high-growth environment.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare, clinical research, or related field in a multi-site organization.
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree in healthcare, business, life sciences, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own site health, revenue, P&L, and operational performance across US Cardiology site network.
• Establish reporting, benchmarks, and action plans to drive growth and performance.
• Oversee staffing strategy and capacity planning across the network.
• Lead site operations, enrollment, and study portfolio management to maximize revenue.
• Drive expansion of site capabilities and research volume across the Cardiology network.
• Partner across functions to align site strategy with company objectives.
