Job summary

Iterative Health seeks a VP of US Site Management & Operations to lead the GI and Hepatology network across the United States. This executive will own performance, growth, and operational excellence for 50+ sites, directing Regional Directors and site staff to maximize enrollment and study success.

The role requires a proven track record in healthcare operations, P&L ownership, and M&A integration, with strong cross-functional leadership and strategic execution in a high-growth setting.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare, clinical research, or multi-site operations.
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree in healthcare, business, or life sciences preferred.
• Proven ownership of P&L, revenue growth, and operational performance.
• Experience participating in M&A, acquisitions, integrations, or organizational transformation is preferred.
• Strong leadership and ability to translate strategy into execution across distributed teams.

Responsibilities

• Own site health, revenue, P&L, and operational performance for 50+ US sites.
• Set strategy and operating model to scale GI and Hepatology networks.
• Oversee staffing, day-to-day operations, and study portfolio management.
• Drive enrollment, data quality, compliance, and study execution to benchmarks.
• Lead M&A integrations and align sites, processes, and systems with the operating model.
