Job summary

Kurita Europe GmbH seeks a dynamic VP of SHEQ to lead global safety, quality, and compliance across facilities and projects. You will shape enterprise policies, drive risk management, and elevate a culture of safety and quality while aligning budgets and resources with strategic priorities.

This executive role requires deep EHSQ leadership, ISO experience, and strong communication to influence across Operations, Engineering, and Sales teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in engineering, environmental science, safety, quality, or related field.
• 15+ years progressive EHS, Quality, or SHEQ leadership experience.
• Experience with ISO-based Quality Management Systems and external certification processes.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA, DOT/PHMSA regulations.
• Experience leading SHEQ across multiple facilities and field operations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead enterprise SHEQ strategy, policies, standards, and performance objectives.
• Establish a culture of safety, quality, compliance, and accountability across the organization.
• Provide executive leadership and direction to the SHEQ function and team.
• Partner with Operations, Engineering, Sales, Service, and other leaders to embed SHEQ into business decisions.
• Advise Executive Leadership on significant SHEQ risks, regulatory matters, and strategic priorities.
