Job summary

Kurita Group in Brooklyn Park, MN is seeking a Vice President of SHEQ to lead the enterprise safety, health, environment and quality functions. This executive role guides strategy, governance, and risk management across facilities, field operations, and client sites, with hybrid work options and a base salary range of $150k–$200k plus bonus.

You will establish SHEQ standards, drive ISO certification, and partner with operations and engineering to embed safety and quality into every decision.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field with strong SHEQ foundation.
• 15+ years of progressive EHS/SHEQ leadership at senior level.
• Experience with ISO-based quality management and external certification.
• Experience leading SHEQ across multiple facilities and sites.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA and related regulations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead enterprise SHEQ strategy, policies and standards.
• Establish a culture of safety, quality, compliance, and accountability.
• Provide executive leadership to the SHEQ function and team.
• Oversight of regulatory compliance across facilities and projects.
• Partner with Operations, Engineering and Sales to embed SHEQ in decisions.
