Job summary

Albireo Energy, LLC seeks a Vice President of Service Operations to lead the service organization across divisions. This executive role focuses on standardizing operating models, driving profitability, and delivering a consistent service experience for customers nationwide.

You will partner with General Managers, Sales, and HR to elevate performance and service delivery. The position reports to the Senior Vice President, Operations and requires a track record of leading large, multi-location

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 15+ years of progressive leadership in large-scale service operations.
• Proven ability to establish enterprise service standards, KPIs, and dashboards.
• Experience in Building Automation, HVAC, Mechanical, or related services.

Responsibilities

• Drive enterprise service operational and financial performance by improving gross margin, productivity, recurring revenue retention, customer satisfaction, and operational effectiveness across all divisions.
• Lead standard service processes, workflows, procedures, and best practices for service delivery.
• Develop and implement action plans to improve service profitability, technician productivity, customer experience, and operational execution.
• Monitor service performance against established KPIs and drive corrective actions to achieve objectives.
