Job summary

Albireo Energy, LLC is seeking a Vice President of Service Operations to oversee the enterprise service operating model and drive continuous improvement across all divisions. You will lead KPIs, profitability, and workforce development, partnering with General Managers, Sales, Marketing, and Finance to standardize processes and improve customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 15 years of progressive leadership experience in large-scale service operations.
• Experience leading multi-location or geographically dispersed service organizations.

Responsibilities

• Drive enterprise service performance by improving margin, productivity, and recurring revenue.
• Lead regular service reviews to evaluate performance, identify improvements, and drive accountability.
• Develop action plans to improve service profitability, technician productivity, and customer experience.
• Define and maintain enterprise service standards, scorecards, and dashboards.
• Lead modernization of service operating models and standard processes across divisions.
• Partner with HR, Finance, and Sales to align workforce capacity with demand.
• Ensure safe, high-quality customer experience across Albireo Energy.
