Job summary

Albireo Energy seeks a Vice President, Service Operations to lead the service organization. You will own the enterprise service operating model, KPIs, workforce capability, and delivery of intelligent service offerings, partnering with leaders to enable profitable recurring revenue growth.

The role reports to the Senior VP, Operations and requires a minimum of 15 years in service leadership, with experience in multi-location operations and building automation or HVAC industries.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 15 years of progressive leadership experience in large-scale service operations.
• Experience leading multi-location or geographically dispersed service organizations.
• Building Automation, HVAC, Mechanical, Electrical, or related technical services industry experience.
• Proven ability to develop and implement enterprise-wide operating standards, service processes, and performance management systems.
• Strong experience leading KPI-driven operational excellence initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Drive enterprise service operational and financial performance across divisions.
• Partner with leaders to improve division performance through excellence and staffing.
• Lead service reviews to evaluate performance and drive corrective actions.
• Develop and implement plans to improve profitability, productivity, and customer experience.
• Define and maintain service standards, scorecards, and reporting.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to improve productivity and service quality.
• Ensure consistent, professional customer experience across the organization.
• Foster talent development and succession planning for service leadership.
