Job summary

Albireo Energy seeks a Vice President of Service Operations to lead strategic service operations across divisions, standardize operating models, and drive profitable, recurring revenue growth. This role partners with GMs, Sales, HR, Finance, and executive leadership to ensure best-in-class service delivery and customer outcomes throughout the organization.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering, Business, or a related field is required.
• Minimum of 15 years of progressive leadership experience managing large-scale service operations.
• Experience in Building Automation, HVAC, Mechanical, or related technical services industry.
• Strong experience developing enterprise-wide operating standards, service processes, and performance management systems.

Responsibilities

• Drive enterprise service operational and financial performance by improving gross margin, productivity, and recurring revenue retention across divisions.
• Partner with General Managers, Sales Managers, Service Managers and HR to improve performance and consistency.
• Lead service reviews to evaluate performance, identify improvements, and drive corrective actions.
• Develop and implement action plans to improve profitability, technician productivity, customer experience, and execution.
• Monitor KPIs and drive actions to meet financial objectives.
• Own and improve Albireo Energy’s Service operating model and supporting systems.
• Establish standard service processes, workflows, and best practices for delivery.
• Define and maintain enterprise service standards, scorecards, dashboards, and reporting.
• Drive adoption of standard operating procedures, tools, and systems.
