Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Hospitality, or related field.
• 7–10 years of progressive senior living leadership overseeing multi-site operations.
• Experience with budgeting, financial reporting, and executive-level strategy.
• Strong regulatory knowledge across multiple states.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive oversight for senior living operations across regions.
• Drive occupancy, NOI, labor efficiency, and resident satisfaction portfolio-wide.
• Lead turnarounds for distressed assets and partner on acquisitions.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and survey readiness across communities.
• Develop leadership teams and KPI dashboards.
