Pacific Retirement Services seeks a Vice President of Operations to provide strategic operational leadership across a portfolio of communities. This role may be remote, with eligibility for travel across Oregon, California, Washington and Arizona to support frequent portfolio travel.

You will partner with the COO to translate enterprise strategy into strong community execution, coach Executive Directors, monitor performance, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive resident experience, workforce

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Operations Management or related field required.
• Master’s degree, Nursing Home Administrator license and experience with Continuing Care Retirement Communities or Life Plan Communities preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with Chief Operating Officer to ensure priorities are executed across all communities.
• Coach and support Executive Directors; monitor operational and financial performance.
• Strengthen accountability and guide long‑term success for each community.
• Advance PRS mission, vision and core values and promote service excellence and continuous improvement.
