Spring Oak Senior Living is seeking a seasoned Vice President of Operations to steer performance across 16 senior living communities. The role combines hands-on leadership with strategic planning to improve occupancy, financial results, resident experience, and culture.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership with regional or multi-site responsibility.
• Experience reviewing P&L with local teams and turning results into actions.
• Proven budgeting and staffing model development expertise.
• Strong regulatory, quality and risk management in senior living.
• Ability to build accountable, high-performance leadership cultures.
• Willingness to travel across portfolio regularly.

Responsibilities

• Lead Executive Directors and leadership teams across a multi-state portfolio.
• Drive occupancy, revenue, NOI, expenses, and care quality with accountability.
• Regularly visit communities to assess performance and opportunities.
• Review budgets, variances, and develop actionable improvement plans.
• Oversee annual operating and staffing budgets and labor targets.
• Collaborate with HR, clinical, finance to support growth initiatives.
• Develop leaders through coaching, feedback, and accountability.
• Ensure regulatory readiness and high service standards.
