Job summary

Experience Senior Living LLC seeks a visionary Vice President of Resident Experience to lead enterprise‑wide strategy for engagement, wellness, and life enrichment across the portfolio. You will shape standards, drive collaboration with Operations, Memory Care, Culinary, Sales & Marketing, and community leadership, and measure impact on resident well‑being.

Qualifications

• Eight to ten+ years of progressive leadership experience in senior living, hospitality, or related resident‑experience environments.
• Experience developing and implementing scalable Experience Standards across multiple locations.
• Ability to influence diverse leaders and drive accountability across organizational levels.
• Strong understanding of holistic Wellness principles and resident well‑being.

Responsibilities

• Serve as senior subject‑matter leader for Resident Experience and define strategies and standards.
• Establish Experience Standards for daily engagement, events, outings, and community partnerships.
• Partner with Operations, Memory Care, Health & Wellness, Culinary, Sales & Marketing, and leadership to integrate standards across care levels.
• Lead measurement of resident engagement, satisfaction, belonging, and outcomes to drive improvement.
