Job summary

CMR Recruiting is seeking a Vice President of Operations to lead operations across a portfolio of skilled nursing facilities. You will own the operational and financial performance, guiding administrators and regional leaders, and driving census, quality, survey readiness and margins.

You will set operating standards, build leadership depth, and partner with ownership on growth. A clinical background is a strong plus and travel across the portfolio is required.

Qualifications

• Multi-facility operations leadership in skilled nursing or post-acute care.
• Track record owning census, quality, survey outcomes and P&L across multiple buildings.
• Experience leading administrators and regional teams.
• Strong financial and operational acumen.
• Clinical background (RN or clinical leadership) is a strong plus.
• LNHA a plus, willing to travel across portfolio.
