Job summary

Nuveen, a global investment leader and parent of TIAA, seeks an Analyst, Portfolio Management for two sector real estate funds in New York. Reporting to the MD of Portfolio Management, you will help implement the investment strategy, build fund and property models, and support financing, valuations, and recommended investments.

Qualifications

• University degree preferred.
• 1-3 years of real estate experience.
• BA in Accounting, Finance, Real Estate, or Economics.
• MBA, MS Real Estate, CPA, and/or CFA a plus.

Responsibilities

• Extensive financial analysis at fund and property level; financial modeling and valuation analyses.
• Investor reporting and presentations.
• Assist in capital raising strategy and due diligence; support investor relations.
