Ladders is seeking a VP of Security to shape the company’s security strategy during a growth phase, spanning product and corporate environments. You will partner with executives to balance risk, protect operations, and enable business initiatives in a remote setting.

Compensation ranges from $298,000 to $400,000 annually, reflecting leadership in AI security and enterprise governance. You will build new capabilities, lead teams across AppSec, SecArch, and CloudSec, and position the organization

For our client, we are seeking a VP, Security to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space.

This leader will shape the company’s security strategy during a period of growth, with responsibility for building new capabilities and strengthening protection across both product and corporate environments. The role will partner closely with executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams to balance risk management, operational security, and business enablement. It will also help ensure the organization is prepared for customer scrutiny, investor diligence, and evolving AI-related security needs.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $298,000 – $400,000 annually
