Ladders is seeking a VP of Security to shape the company’s security strategy during a growth phase, spanning product and corporate environments. You will partner with executives to balance risk, protect operations, and enable business initiatives in a remote setting.

Compensation ranges from $298,000 to $400,000 annually, reflecting leadership in AI security and enterprise governance. You will build new capabilities, lead teams across AppSec, SecArch, and CloudSec, and position the organization

Qualifications

• 12+ years in security with 5+ years in leadership roles during high-growth phases.
• Technical expertise in AI security, identity models, and cloud security architectures.
• Proven ability to establish new security functions from the ground up.
• Experience with corporate IT governance and management.
• Strong executive presence with the ability to communicate security insights to stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Establish an AI security function and build an internal gateway to manage access.
• Lead security engineering teams across AppSec, SecArch, and CloudSec.
• Enhance operational security for business functions and monitor for insider threats.
• Manage the security narrative for enterprise customer reviews and fundraising diligence.
• Oversee corporate IT, including identity management and endpoint security.
