Jobot is seeking a permanent VP, SEC Reporting (Hybrid) in King of Prussia, PA. You will lead all SEC filings (10-K, 10-Q, 8-K), oversee consolidated financial statements, footnotes, MD&A, and related schedules, and partner with senior leadership to coordinate disclosures in a high growth environment.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in SEC reporting, strong US GAAP knowledge, SOX experience, and CPA or MBA preferred.

Formación

• 5+ years of SEC reporting or financial reporting experience.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP, SEC regulations, and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance.
• Experience with public disclosures and financial consolidations.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
• Proficiency in MS Office and advanced Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the preparation and review of all SEC filings (10-K, 10-Q, 8-K) and other public disclosures.
• Oversee consolidation, footnotes, MD&A, and related schedules.
• Coordinate disclosure input with senior leadership, legal, IR, tax, FP&A, and other stakeholders.
• Maintain SOX controls with process owners and internal stakeholders.
• Partner with external Big 4 auditors to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
• Oversee and manage the company's consolidation process.
• Continuously improve internal controls for financial integrity.
