Kforce Inc. is seeking a VP Controller in New Jersey. You will report to the CFO and lead a team of accounting professionals, guiding financial reporting, SEC compliance, and internal controls in a hybrid work setting.

The role requires CPA and 12+ years of progressive accounting experience, with deep GAAP knowledge and ERP systems expertise. Equity is part of a competitive package, and on-site collaboration is encouraged.

Qualifications

• CPA certification required with extensive accounting background.
• 12+ years of progressive accounting experience (public/private mix preferred).
• Experience with SEC reporting, financial statements, footnotes, disclosures.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and ASC guidance relevant to finance.

Responsabilités

• Oversee financial reporting and SEC filings, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Lead internal controls design and governance over financial reporting.
• Manage ERP/GL systems (SAP/Oracle/PeopleSoft) and related tools.
• Collaborate with CFO and accounting team to drive process improvements.
