PayPal is seeking a Senior Manager, SEC Reporting to lead the preparation and review of Form 10-K, 10-Q and 8-K filings, ensuring US GAAP and SEC compliance. You will partner with Controllership, Tax, FP&A, Legal, Investor Relations and others to drive the reporting calendar and deliverables.

You will apply deep knowledge of ASC topics, design internal controls, and mentor teammates while supporting earnings releases and investor materials in a dynamic, multinational environment.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of accounting or public company experience.
• Bachelor's degree required; CPA or equivalent preferred.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and SEC rules and regulations.
