Qualifications

• 5-8+ years of progressive accounting and financial reporting experience, including public company SEC reporting.
• CPA preferred; Big Four or large regional firm experience is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP, SEC reporting requirements, and SOX compliance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the preparation and review of SEC filings, including Forms 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, proxy statements.
• Prepare monthly consolidated financial statements.
• Ensure compliance with US GAAP, SEC regulations, SOX requirements.
• Assist in research accounting and reporting issues.
• Coordinate external reporting with accounting, finance, legal, investor relations, and external auditors.
• Review financial statements, footnotes, MD&A, and supporting schedules.
• Research and document technical accounting matters and implement new accounting standards.
• Support external audits and SEC comment letter responses.
